LWD Correlation Trials

As every year, Hixtra took part in the Annual Lightweight Deflectometer Correlation Event in Nottingham recently using our state-of-the-art Sweco LWD’s. The results of this event ensure our LWD test results are as accurate as they can possibly be and are a requirement of BS1924-2. The benefit of course is that the expensive decisions you may make based on these tests is sound and justifiable, potentially saving you a great deal money! 

 

The LWD is designed for quick, precise assessments of surface including CBR values, offering insights into soil strength with real-time results. It's lightweight and portable, being ideal for sites that are more challenging to access. Using an LWD can streamline and shorten the process of attaining CBR values, help to rapidly identify soft spots and allow you to make on-site decisions quickly and efficiently with comprehensive results.
